You are given one year from the date on which the claim or cause of action emerged to make any further claims or take any legal proceedings incurred in connection with your use of the website. Together with Using Tech2Traffic, You Also Accept the Following Terms:

●     All forms of payment, such as wire transfers, PayPal payments, money orders, and checks, should be made payable to “Tech2Traffic.” Once we have received your approval of our proposal, the necessary data, and the appropriate professional fees, we will go right to work on the project.

●     When operating or unable to run the presenting application, Tech2Traffic shall not be accountable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including lost profits, business, or savings.

●     If collection becomes necessary, the client consents to cover all associated legal or third-party costs, late payment fines, and compound interest on the outstanding balance of x% per month.

●     The real amount of all applicable taxes will be assessed.

●     Neither party may encourage or request that any employee of the other party leave without the other party’s prior written consent, both during Tech2Traffic’s services and for the next twenty-four (24) months.

●     Any further work that is not included in the proposal will need to be amended or will need to be estimated separately.

●     The client warrants that any elements provided to Tech2Traffic for incorporation onto websites are either their own or that the client has authorization to use each element from its legitimate owner.

●     Copyrights or ownership of the source code and designs of all files created during the project are retained by Tech2Traffic. The customer will receive ownership and the rights to the source code/design upon receipt of the final payment.

●     Between Tech2Traffic and the Client and its owners, this agreement is the only one.

●     The client consents that Tech2Traffic may use photographs from the internet if the client does not supply them, but the client is still in charge of making sure the images are lawful.

●     A TDS certificate must be shown by the client at the time of payment if fees are tax deductible at the source.

●     The first advance is not refundable if the client ends the project while it is still in production.

●     In any judicial action, the sum paid will never be more than what the client has charged.

Terms of Payment:

If there are more than three late payments in a given calendar year, the package may be cancelled.

• Refunds are not offered for monthly maintenance plan fees.
• Monthly maintenance package fees can only be paid with a credit card.
• Monthly maintenance fees will be charged to the client’s credit card on file on the first of every month.

Termination

• Tech2Traffic retains the right, upon written notice to the client, to terminate annual maintenance at any time.
• To stop the auto-annual renewal, the client must give us written notification at least one month before the renewal date.
• If a client decides to terminate an ongoing maintenance package, they are still liable for the outstanding sum due that month.

At Tech2Traffic’s discretion, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice.
